I suggest getting the police report (which shows witnesses in your favor) & a statement from your sister and/or a medical doctor saying what "lombago" is & its causes/effects together
Say that the evidence is overwhelmingly in your favor, and that if the lawsuit does proceed, you will countersue for all costs including legal fees.
