This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for:
My health, my friends, my good fortune at having more than a modicrum of intelligence (which I assume is God's way of making up for scrimping on the disk-size -- thanks, Big Guy) and my way of life.
This particular Thanksgiving, I'm especially thankful for having attended the Stash Bash, which ranks up there with climbing an Aztec pyramid in Mexico and driving across the north island of New Zealand among the coolest things I've ever experienced. And the Bash was one OTHER people actually thought was cool, too.
Oh yeah, and I'm thankful a fat kid from Akron, Ohio found his escape through comics and cinema. These two things opened a broader world to me and, among trillions of other benefits, thrust me into the View Askewniverse.
I'm truly a lucky, lucky man.
