- If you haven't been going, you should tell them that you dropped the class a while ago. If you act like you were supposed to be there, you'll be responsible for the class, and at this point most likely fail. By the letter that you received it seems like the school's not positive if you're supposed to be there or not; I suggest you use that to your advantage. Now if the class is a requirement for your major, then that's a different story and you really fucked up.
