I never said that if you went off-topic, you'd get banned, I said that as of 2 years ago, the board was still more-often-than-not on-topic, not 6 years, as you claimed.

I know that's what the board is, but just because everyone TREATS it like a chat room, doesn't mean it SHOULD BE treated like a chat room.

He used to. That's why he had The Other Board, and the rule. When he realized that it just wasn't working, he took them away. He would have gotten rid of TOB earlier, but there was a BIG fuss because people didn't want the board to be flooded by off-topic posts, then he started developing the J&SBSB script.

No, I said it very clearly. If she wants an on-topic VA Board, she should look elsewhere, because this board isn't. If she wants to stay, she's more than welcome, and if she doesn't like off-topic posts, she'll have company. I never said anything about assholes flaming her.

We're not encouraged by Kevin, is what I meant. And we're not "Encouraged" by Lynch or Walt, they just flame with us. This is supposed to be a friendly board.
I did several searches to find any evidence of you "posting here for years", but I couldn't find anything that went further back than March '02, but in December 02 you posted about "I've been away for years, but now I come to stay", even though you had been posting pretty regularly throughout the past year.
