This is constructive criticism. It took me, like, 3 times reading that to understand what you were saying. Some people on the board who may be in the position to help you could be offput by a post that is so scrambled and convoluted. Make sure you read through your posts before you finalize them. Besides that, I'd ask, you're sure that the tow people caused the major gash on the passenger side, right? I'm not a legal person, but maybe this is a lawsuit situation.
