It's the famous Gieger poster "Penis Landscapes". The one that got Jello busted under "Distribution of obscenity to minors" in 1986 (I think)
I'm not REEALLLY anal but all my vinyl is kept in plastic sleeves.
My copy is probably VG+ as grading systems go...it's definitely been played. But it is my least favorite DK's so....
