I wasn't early getting there so there was already a big long line of people waiting to get in when I arrived to get my ticket so my chances of getting a ticket to the Q&A with Kevin was shot. So I checked out a bunch of comics and action figures and roamed around practically overdosing on looking at all those comics(it was my first convention)untill I pulled out my program and read that I needed to go to the viewaskew booth to find out when Kevin or Jay would make an appearance to maybe sign my comics. So I headed over to the viewaskew booth where I saw Bryan Johnson eating what appeared to be a WENDY's hamburger with a knife and fork. I said to him that I was sorry for interrupting his lunch and if he knew when Kevin and Jay would make an appearance. He was real nice and said that they would be out "soon". I thus proceeded to tell him that I loved VULGAR and I left him alone to finish his lunch and went to roam around some more looking at shit. I then went back to get him to autograph my comics and interrupt his lunch one more time (SORRY BRYAN!)I then got real smart and decided to hang out around the viewaskew booth and lo and behold there was JAY signing autographs at the booth so I tried to get up close but I was too far back behind him to get anything signed. At one point I was looking down and when I looked up JAY was looking right at me! He then finished signing and came out from behind the booth and started walking towards ME! He came right up beside me so I reached out and touched him and said, "ALRIGHT! JAY!" He then walked to the left and then turned back around towards me so I said to him,"Will you be signing any more later?" He was real cool and said,"between 2 and 3" so I hung out and waited some more untill everyone started forming a line and I was in the first wave of people to get their shit signed. That was great because I didn't want to wait around all day and spend all afternoon in line so I was happy. I was already burned out on looking at all those comics and toys and can't see how anybody can go through all that for 3 days with a three day pass unless they have lots of money to buy all that shit. Anyway while I was waiting in line to go see JAY the security people came over to us and told us that JAY would be taking a 5 minute smoke break. I was cool with that and JAY was even cool enough to come over to us himself and let us know what he was doing. He then went out the side exit door leading outside and smoked....5 minutes later ther was a loud banging on the door and we let him back in and he returned to his booth. I was next up to go get my comics signed and there was a guy in front of me who dialed a friend of his on his cellphone and let JAY talk to him. JAY was cracking us up and I thought it was too cool that he said hello to his friend and was fucking with him. Then it was my turn and I told JAY that he was great in R.S.V.P. and I asked him if Kevin would be coming out to sign later. He said that Kevin wouldn't be coming out untill SUNDAY so I had to settle for just BRYAN and JAYS autograph on my comics. I then asked JAY if he was allowed to accept gifts in which he replied yes. I then proceeded to give him a audio CD and video CD for the computer of my band SPYDER ELECTRIC. I told him to check it out and he winked at me and said he would. I told him if he didn't want it then to give it to Kevin to listen to. After I talked to JAY I went to check out some swag at the viewaskew booth and needed a new bumpersticker for my new car since my other one got wasted when I had to junk my car. I wanted the same sticker I had before, the one that says "BEATS YOUR P.O.S." that I got out of the WIZARD magazine but they didn't sell them seperately and I didn't want to pay 5 dollars for another magazine. So I decided to spend 3 dollars on a different sticker and I wanted the one with JAY saying stuff about smoking weed but I was afraid of getting pulled over constantly by the cops and getting checked out. So I asked Bryan to pick me out a sticker between the DOGMA one and the CLERKS one because I really couldn't make up my mind which one I like the best because I liked them both. So he choose the CLERKS one and his reasoning was that it would make me look more "O.G." like I've been around since the beginning. I told him that was cool and so I got that one...THANX BRYAN! I'm gonna have to get that viewaskew almanac when I get some more cash together because it looked really kickass. I got the fuck up out of there after that.
