But just on a logical tip, the religion isn't solely made up of teachings about homosexuality. Perhaps these people feel that the anti-homosexuality rules are not the real essence of the religion, and so they can practice it while disregarding that one aspect of it.

: After seeing it, I'm left w/one burning question . . . if they know & accept that being gay is not a choice & can clearly read & hear what their religion says about homosexuality (which completely disregards what they KNOW to be true), why wouldn't they reject their religion?

: I mean, if you've been taught from the beginning that A, B, & C are absolutely true, and you discover through your own learning that B is false, wouldn't you naturally start to question the validity of A & C?
