I agree that pearlman is great, he is an excelent choice, and I loved the blade Movies too. I dont understand why so many hated them, I thought they were right on, totaly badass and above all, the story was the story of blade, not something that was just written Based on Blade. The majority of comic book movis that they have made werent really Comic Book Movies, they were movies based on comic books...My stance is that I am a fan, a fan who is let down by most comic book movies. Its the same with Video Game movies, they need to start limiting the allowed creative licences for these films. I dont care who the director is, or who the actors are, I care about the movie as a whole. When you take something that is already compelling and exciting and thrilling and overall good, and move things around, change facts, and use your imagination to tamper with something YOU DID NOT CREATE, you arent being true to the story, which is why most comic book movies fail. Its not because the original Idea was bad, its because it was poorly handled and this is why I have such low expectations when it comes to movies of this genere.
