Keller was one of the reasons I watched. Specifically because of how he used Beecher and anyone else who suited him. He was a good-looking, intelligent guy who used that to his advantage... only his advantages were flat-out evil. That fascinated me.
Plus, Christopher Meloni is brilliant. He needs to be in everything.

But I think it was an abrupt end simply because the writers had no choice. Harold Perrineau was off doing Matrix flicks, Meloni got cast in SVU, J.K. Simmons got tied into a few Spider-Man flicks, etcetera. Everyone left or was on the way out, and it's tough to tie everything up with a bow when no one is there to do the tying.

Yeah, there were some pretty motherfuckers in that prison. I agree.

That's a tough call. I LOVED Augustus, so he may be my favorite, character-wise. Said and Keller were a couple of the more interesting characters, too. But Augustus was just the most likable of the inmates... one of the few who might've made it on the outside.
