If your someone who can take roller coasters well you should be alright. If not, it's not nearly as bad as one... it kinda feels like when you go over one of those bumps in the road in which your car and you almost pick up air. But what some people do is get drunk before hte flight and that way you'll be out cold through most of it. Just make sure your with someone who isn't drunk.
