Though not Erie effect... my hometown's about a half-hour east of Utica... and is at the eastern edge of getting its ass kicked by Lake Ontario effect. Little Falls can get a foot and a half and then the next town east by about ten-fifteen miles, St. Johnsville, will get two inches.

We got five feet on Christmas and four feet on New Years Eve last year.

There's already four inches on the ground, according to my parents.

Quick Little Falls fun fact: the Herkimer Diamond Mine that Kevin toured in his first Leno segment? It's in the next town over.

Quick Little Falls fun fact two: the only mention of Little Falls in any popular literature is as a train stop in Kurt Vonnegut's first novel "Player Piano".
