Say your auction goes for 100 dollars (which I doubt). 100 dollars is far from making your movie. I'm very familiar with eBay, so I know that your auction is a CONTRACT. What legal obligation do you have to the person that wins your auction, and then is not properly credited, when you decide that you're not going to be able to make your movie due to insufficient funds??? I'd be worried if I were you.
