Now as far as future worth goes, that all depends on how many people keep their copies, once many of them are thrown out or destroyed, it becomes rare, when it becomes rare it SHOULD, and I stress SHOULD, make the value increase, it might not though. Thats why its always a good to keep it in mint condition as long as you can, in 10 years who knows it could turn out to be like batman#37 there are less than 500 known copies of this comic in circulation, I have one of them, found it at a garage sale, well actually my friend devon found it, but you get the point.
