I've been a Kevin Smith fan since Clerks. Wasn't a fan of Chasing Amy, but saw it as a guy movie. Just watched Jay and Silent Bob Strick Back and am disappointed.

I realize that I like Kevin Smith because his flims are current and talk about now. So, it makes sense that his success has made a film about fame. However, is that all there is to look forward to? the bland and nothingness of fame?

I took my time seeing Jay and Silent Bob Stick Back because the rumors said it was Kevin Smith's last. I was disheartened: he had nothing left to say? Now, I see he has not quit,...but JLo? Is fame a black hole?
