It's not the curse of the Bambino or the Goat that cost the Sox and Cubs a chance at the Series. It's that Goddamn motormouth Joe Buck on FOX. Did you notice that It all went to hell when he said something to the effect of "5 outs away from history" in both games? I'm sure he said something in last year's World Series to jinx my beloved Giants.
It's either that or poor pitching, shitty d or questionable decisions by the manager.
Put a sock in it, Buck! The games are exciting enough without you and that dinosaur McCarver yapping constantly.
