Yes, My condolences to you and yours on your Father's death, I read your posting on it and wanted to send flowers or some salt water taffy to the family, but couldn't find a place to send it, so these words will have to suffice. And at least all of you were all together and shared a night of family togetherness before he went, he sounds like he was a wonderful man, and I know that you miss him a lot. I kbet that your Mom misses him a lot too, forty-one years together is no small feat, and so it's hard to learn how to breathe without him, I hope she's doing well.
I noticed the camera focused on an older couple in your 'Evening With...' DVD, by any chance was that your parents? They looked happy, and had that parental pride thing going big time, so I thought perhaps it was them. If so, that was a nice moment to share.
As for going to the Q&A next year, not to worry, I'll be there with rings on my fingers and bells on my toes. I'll make sure to get there early, and of course I'll say hello, and bring copies of the pics too, they were a hoot. (My son even managed to find posters of big breasted Japanese anime, how's that for hormones?)
