Thank you for the advice, I realize that there may often be duplicated questions in such a forum, but I had read the summary prior to writing my question and felt that the summary questions did not cover either of my questions. The only reason I asked the question was because there were comments made on the DVD commentary section that led me to believe that Kevin (as well as the cast and crew) were not to pleased to have worked with Linda. In fact I believe that there is even a moment when Kevin says that he regretted offering the part to her.
