The style of the first didn't match the style of the second. The stories didn't match as well either. I would have prefered to see the movie less focused on the world outside of ours, and more focused on ours with the "real" world being somewhat less distinctive (less shown, I believe is what I'm going for), as in the first. It felt a bit too Sci-Fi in Reloaded, and loss the "inside the Matrix" fun of the first.
