When I was in second grade I took a ball away from a girl during recess. The girl told on me (which I deserved) but exaggerated and told the teacher that I had hit her as well.
When I was sitting in my desk after recess the teacher grabbed a clump of my hair and jerked my head backwards. She shouted two inches away from my face something along the lines of "You do not have permission to hurt students" in front of the whole class.
