To each their own, I suppose. But I do want to point out again that Fallon continues to kick ass at the Fletch poll at newsaskew.com, a site presumably frequented mostly by Kevin fans.
I don't expect that any one comedian will please all watchers of his work, but I do know that Fallon has a very strong fan base and that it's NOT just swooning 14-year-old girls. I find that he has a certain positive energy that is endearing. Plus his impressions are often flawless and he's pretty good at physical/musical comedy.
He's also a really sweet and decent human being, at least in public fan situations. I had the pleasure to attend an SNL taping this past May and he was extremely generous to his fans.
