I agree that at first I also was put off by the park, but after going there a few times and watching games at other stadiums (including Wrigley...where unless you're in the bleachers or the expensive lower deck seats, the view, food access, bathroom access is all shit!) it really isn't that bad of a stadium.
You can't really blame them for getting rid of Old Comiskey, the piece of trash that it was. And this isn't the greatest stadium around, but I think it gets a bad rap. It's a nice place to watch a baseball game. It might not have slides, pools, a view of a lake, or a Merry-Go-Round, but it does have good food, bathrooms everywhere, and a nice overall experience.
Wrigley...get some damn TVs and electronic scoreboards. I guess living in the past is one way to go about it.
