Ahh, you don't need the 10G to make a movie nowadays, anyway.
Borrow someone's digital camera and get out there and make one. If you've already got access to one, as well as Adobe Premiere, you've covered most of the expenses fo doing a no-budget flick.
There's a few direct-to-video distributers willing to pick up your stuff, if it's any good.
