Nothing special IMHO. But here's the thing. 12 months ago, I'd have been on the "JLO sucks" bandwagon, I'd never seen anything she was in that I liked that much, I didn't think she really had anything to offer in a Kevin Smith movie. Then I thought to myself "Do I like Shannen Doherty? What about Linda Fiorentino? I'm not even that much of a Ben Affleck fan. What do all these people have in common? Kevin Smith made them watchable!" So I posted some dumb ass comment to Kevin when he was on here and JLO had just been announced as a star in the movie, something like "Well congratulations, you're actually going to get me to PAY to see a JLO movie." His answer "Yay... I win". But recently, I've started to feel sorry for her and Ben. I went back and watched a couple of her movies, Blood and Wine and Selena. Let me tell you, she has talent. She hasn't been in anything to draw it out of her, but you can tell it's there. So, the point of this rambling ass post is the showest material trailer was excellent, JLO and Ben look like given a good script they have some great chemistry. Gertie was cute as hell and Liv Tyler is my dream woman!! I will also be there opening night, and probably more than once after that if the movie is as good as this trailer leaves me hoping it is.
