There won't be a live action Clerks sequal. There was going to be, but it ended up as Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, which is the last Askewniverse film. There won't be any more live action films featuring Jay, Silent Bob, Brodie, Banky, Holden or the poop monster. That's all done with.
That said. There is supposed to be an Animated Clerks Movie coming out, which will follow on from the Clerks: Animated Series. You will be able to see Dante, Randal and Jay and Silent Bob in that. (No Poop Monster though unfortunately).
