First of all, that's one cuckoo URL you got there. If you want Kevin to sign your guestbook then you should provide a working link.
Secondly, Kevin doesn't normally respond to posts when he makes announcments like this. There are times when he comes here just to answer questions for you, the fan. He'll show up and say something like "Fire away." That's when you strike. At some point he'll close the flood gates and answer everyone's posts up to that point. If you can make your post in that window, then I can almost promise you a response from Kevin. He's really good like that. Good luck!
