I mean, you have the lovey-dovey "my girl" pop-songs, but Hard Days is when the Beatles began to expand a bit more musically. Many will Say what they will as non pre-Rubber Soul Beatles fans about their less than great talent in during this period...just REALLY listen to this album, it *is* great.
