My worst injury was from punching through a glass window. Don't punch through windows, it's stupid. I cut all my arteries, nerves, and tendons, thank god I had a good doctor. 1 year of therapy and 10 g's worth of medical bills later, my hand is fine(though it's only about 80% of what it used to be). Still will be years before I recover all my feeling, nerves grow back extremely slow.
