Or if I have a lot on my mind. Generaly when I can't sleep it's when I have a lot on my mind. I'll lay down and a million thoughts run through my mind, when I eventualy doze off I guess those thoughts are still going on and get jumbled together. In one night (I don't know why) I had a dream about my girlfriend dying, me having cancer, and my step-father trying to kill me. What worries me is the fact that these are things that are going on in the subconcious of my mind.
