If you liked Desperado you should check out the First Mariachi movie El Mariachi. It is the beginning of the trilogy. Doesn't star Banderas because well the flick cost like 7 Grand to make. It is pretty kick ass for an independent action flick. Although I warn you it is in Mexican so there are sub titles.
I loved From Dusk Til Dawn by Rodriguez too. I also thought his Spy Kids flicks kicked ass for kid flicks.
