The actor who played Derris in Clerks was the same guy that played the Cop in Jay and Bob Stikes Back and also the guy who was sitting beside Holden when Alyssa told him about being finger cuffed by Kohe London and Rick Derris. I doubt he was playing the same character in each movie he probably is just a buddy of Kevins who he put in his movies. I doubt the Derris family owns the bus lines but it is possible. I think Gwen Turner liked Rick Derris too actually. She refered to him in Mallrats I believe.
