Infact, I admire Mr Depp all the more for it, the cockney accent is pretty hard for Brits to pull off convincingly let alone Americans (big shout to Dick van Dyke and how NOT to be a "cock-en-ey") but Johnny was class!
Have you seen Pirates of the Caribbean yet? If you get a chance, you must check it out if you haven't. I have yet to hear one complaint.
