I took auto shop in school this past year and I wouldn't suggest doing that, not only the fact that your engine could seize up but you could damage all moving parts in your engine. At least dump a few quarts in before you drive.
: I got a 91 honda CRX and it leaks oil. I currently have a little less that 1 quart of oil in there, is this enough for me to drive about 12 miles (highway is most of it) without my engine seizing?
