Board Upgrade?

i've been lurking/posting at this board for a few years now, and the old school, clunky look and unkind user interface hasn't changed a bit. what would it take for View Askew and/or its fans to shell out $50 per month for a brand new, sleek looking, completely user friendly decked out with cool admin, mod and user options? i've got to tell you, it gets kind of frustrating for me, anyway, to post something one day and to check up on it the next only to find i have to scroll thru endless clutter to find out that zero to four people replied with crappy *nt* posts. with a newer board, i could simply enter my name into a search, or particular words or phrases and find what i'm looking for immediately. plus, all replies are lumped under their corresponding post instead of being freely exposed like their topics are, making for a much more cluttered and unfriendly board.

just wondering if an upgrade is anything to look forward to here.
