On Conan O'Brien, he did a skit where he had an Oscar party with his band leader and his announcer. Conan got upset, saying "You didn't even bring anything to the party!" The band leader looks around, reaches for his pants and says "I brought this belt!" To which the announcer responds, "That belt is from both of us!" Conan ends it with "I was too full of hate to respond." I nearly pissed myself laughing. THAT would be a far worse birthday present than getting a vomiting and bleeding techno music... uhh, person.
