OK. So I don't really want to be a big famous actress. I just want to be an extra. Maybe have a line or two occassionally. I definatly don't want to move to LA or NYC just to be in the movies. Now, my main problem is how do I go about finding jobs?? Is Variety the only source? I'm from the Mid-West, so I don't know if it will do much to help me out since it's mostly coast-related. Hollywood doesn't usually come to St. Louis. The last time they did it was all over the news, so when the open call for extras came out, a BILLION people turned up, so naturally, I didn't get the job. Not to mention it was for a period film and I have to wear glasses and I have very short hair, so I just didn't fit in.
I don't really have to get an agent just to be an extra, do I???
