One time in NYC, I was up by the Museum of Natural History, and bum came up and asked if I would like to contribute to the United Negro Pizza Fund. Had to give that guy a buck.
During the Olympics in Atlanta, the city did a sweep of downtown and carted all the homeless folks down to Valdosta for a while.
