I think it's familiar in a Dudley Moore kinda way. It strikes me as something I remember in one of those '80s "switch" flicks, either Like Father, Like Son (coincidentally, starring Dudley Moore), Vice Versa, or maybe even Big.
But regardless, it definitely sounds familiar.
