The guy in Empire Records was a little more innocent and less dangerous than Jay ("Jay" the character, that is).
But every slasher film needs a stoner, so it's no surprise that one would be in the new FvJ movie (which is not out until August 15th in the US, so no spoilers if you've seen it, bub)
