I have no more Batman questions. I have questions, but they are more like:
In the affidavit that I am supposed to be writing instead of posting here,
what should I put for the affiant's affirmations?
1.) Every point contained in the motion?, or,
2.) Only all the points in the POINTS AND AUTHORITIES after the PREVIOUS FACTS, with the authorities omitted.
ANYONE?
