: Wife is applying for a job.

: The online version of the job is very very vague, no real direction. The job is basically a "customer care representitive position". That was pretty much the entire job description.

: When applying they simply wanted her name, email and address. No resume no nothing. Now the missus that runs the HR department emails and wants her resume and coverletter. Fine. One problem, how do you write a cover letter for a company that says they simply want a "customer care representitive" with flexible hours????
