So, highlight her "interpersonal" skills and whatnot, and her abilities to interact with diff. types of people, etc. Outgoing, excellent communication skills, abilities to deal with difficult customers.
Don't know if that helps..but I did some phone work for a while a few years ago, and this is what they sort of wanted.
