Think about vietnam.....Would you be prepared to kill a child because you are ordered to? You never know that kind of battle could be around the corner again at any moment. I work in a nursing home and let me tell you, I've worked with some veterans of various wars and seeing them go into a shell shocked moment is not pretty. You also have to realize that when speaking to a recruiter their job is to get you into whatever branch they are trying to sell. They know how to tell you what you want to hear.
