Part of the reason Gigli did so poorly is because is received all bad reviews. How often does this happen? The chance of this happening again to Ben and Jen is unlikely. I think part of the reason is people are looking for any excuse to dislike Ben and Jen b/c they seem "perfect". Believe me, no one will even remember Gigli or how to pronounce that name come the end of the year. JG will get better reviews, it will be promoted on the talk shows by the actors (Gigli wasn't), and it will do fine.
