I believe with all my heart that he's a moron whether this is a joke or not. If it is a joke though, than SLIGHTLY bigger words can be used in the flaming. Also, if his was a crime of ignorance than pity would be involved. If he's joking, people are free to be as mean as they like without being offensive toward the mentally handicapped. (Although I guess no one here worries much about offending retards... nevermind...)
