Dieted, alot, only things that worked fro me was Phentermine

Just my ears twice, first set at 13, second at 15, had a third at 20 but they were not a good thing and let them grow back afetr a couple weeks

my uniform is loose capris or stretchy pants and a big t-shirt, socks and converse all star low tops or flip flops lol
