: : ...people here wouldn't be so obsessed. Makes sense.
: Speaking only about the backlash here on the board...I do believe that the Ben & Jen combo is what got everyone all riled up...
: : Do you think people kind of WANT it to fail cause of the JLo backlash? Do you think some people here want it to fail so Kev regrets casting her (which he won't)?
: I'm sure that there are some who enjoy watching anything that Jennifer does fail...whether or not they want Kevin to regret his casting decision? I don't know...that would be awfully twisted.
I myself see the Bennifer thing as a real outta the blue "Whodathunkit?" knida thing, because frankly no one saw it coming. But let's look at it this way: They did two movies together in close proximity, meaning that if they're like anyone who has to work with another person in close quarters for more than a few weeks, they're gonna get to know each other. Is it that hard to believe that some attraction grew from that and so on and so forth? It's like we're a buncha geeks chastising a fellow geek for "Selling-Out" when he gets the chance for the girl, the gold watch, and everything. And when I say that, I'm not speaking about the shitty movie with Robert Hayes. Now's the part of the movie, gang, where we have the awkward moment of apologies and welcome our geek back into the fold with his princess bride and find out that she's not too bad herself and has some geek in her as well (well, at least prior to OUR geek getting hold of her, anyway).
And Maddy, we're not forgetting you either. I'm sure one of Charlie's Angels is available. Yes, even Demi. You can take Ashton, dude, I know you can. ;)
