Hicksville, NY that is! And it is FAR from a hick-town. Population (when I left 5 years ago) was around 80,000. It's about 10miles from Queens and my high school was a melting pot of races.
And...
Whenever anyone asks where I'm from. I simply tell them LONG ISLAND. Cause it's waaaaaay too hard to explain that there is a Hicksville and that it's not a hick-town.
