Kevin's second storyline was just released as a hardcover collection, and I assume a paperback collection will be forthcoming. If you don't want to buy it, try to find a bookstore with a copy and read the final issue there (as I did with the first issue of the Batman "Hush" storyline -- just sat down in the BooksAMillion and read the first part of the hardcover...)
