: 1. What vehicle would you drive if vehicles all cost the same price? Would you choose the new ones or do you like the old cars?

I love classic British sportscars. I'd drive a Triumph Spitfire. And it would have a hydrogen fuel cell engine (a wonderful technology that could help preserve the environment; it's only emission is pure, drinkable water. Plus, we'd never be dependent on the Middle East for oil again.)

: 2. What is your religion? Do you believe in your religion or do you know of another faith that would be interesting to you?

I was raised Roman Catholic, but right now I have no use for organized religion. I believe in God (but you can call him Allah or Yaweh if you want), and that's enough.

: 3. Do you work or go to school? What is your choice profession? Are you doing the things you wish you could do to achieve your dream profession? Why?

I'm a university student. I want to write fiction for a living, and I am doing everything I can to achieve that goal. That's the great thing about being a writer; you don't need anyone's permission to do it, nor do you need a degree. All you need is a sheet of paper and a pen (but I like to use a computer).

: 4. Are you happy? What would make you really happy?

I'm pretty happy. Being twenty pounds lighter would be gravy. But I guess gravy is my problem...

: 5. Capital punishment...Yes or no? Any comments?

No. Killing a prisoner assumes the perfection of human justice, which is a very imperfect thing.

: 6. Abortion...Yes or no? Any comments?

Hmmm. I have a hard time with this one. If the choice is ever put to me, I will not choose abortion. However, I don't assume the right to make that choice for others. So I guess that plants me in the "pro choice" camp.

: 7. Who is your favorite all-time cartoon character? Why?

Garfield. He is my feline equivalent: fat, lazy, and a lover of italian food, especially lasagne.

: 8. Do you have a talent? What is your talent?

I can write, hence the career choice described above. I can also play a mean trumpet, but I suffer from stage fright, which rules out becoming the next Wynton Marsalis.

: 9. If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be?

"I LOST TWENTY POUNDS! (Oh yeah, and I won a Pulitzer)"

: 10. If you were offered a million dollars to do something repulsive would you do it? What would be the most repulsive thing that would make you gag?

Morally repulsive? No. Physically repulsive? Maybe...
